Description
In 1986 the Kainrath family from Ybbsitz started selling regional meat and sausage products as a down-to-earth butcher's shop. In 1996 the company specialised in game processing and cutting. The specialities of the family are characterised by diligence, creativity and joie de vivre and reflect the wealth of game in the unspoilt Ybb Valley. In accordance with the motto "A piece of nature from Austria", the Kainraths have always cultivated a close relationship with nature and their homeland - and are therefore particularly proud to be "ÖTSCHER:REICH" producers.
