What could be more beautiful than the sunrise? The early risers of the Ybbstaler Alps say, experience the rising sun with skis under your feet from the mountain top! Behind the expression "Guga Hö" hides the colloquial word for "wide awake" and the possibility to be the or the first on the freshly prepared slopes!

On four different dates in two ski resorts, the first lift rides start as early as 06:30am. Included are the Ötscher and the Hochkar, as the two largest representatives of the ski resorts in the Ybbstaler Alps.

Who will be the first?
The rising sun, 1A prepared slopes, and the fresh snow air whistling around your ears - a winter experience par excellence, for enthusiastic ski bunnies and bunnies!

Start the day with a hot tea at the valley station. An experienced ski instructor will first accompany you and do warm-up exercises together with you before revealing his personal favorite spots.
Then, in the rising sun, you can zip down the fresh slopes free as a bird. As an exclusive small group, you will enjoy complete privacy on the mountain - this dream can become a reality.

After the sport is before the Kaiserschmarrn
A perfect day of skiing naturally also includes a stop for refreshments: regional products, deliciously prepared, are served by our mountain hut hosts.
After the snack you can go back to the slopes freshly strengthened or directly into the deck chair!
