Guided tours & excursions in the Dürrenstein-Lassingtal Wilderness Area
We make nature an experience for people! Despite strict protection measures, we also want to awaken an understanding for such protected areas.
For this reason, the protected area administration develops a broadly diversified excursion program every year. This includes botanical and zoological excursions as well as hikes, which are intended to give you an understanding of the wilderness area and the World Heritage Site with its nature and to give you an experience of nature.

Bog excursion "The high moor Leckermoor"
- Mondays 15:30, friday 15:30 from may - october

During this approx. 3 hour hike we will discover the habitat around the Leckermoor. We will work with natural materials and each child will receive a small souvenir gift!
Difficulty levels:
Difficult: A high degree of surefootedness in steep terrain is required. Conditional requirement according to the distance specifications.
Medium: surefootedness on unpaved paths is required. Conditional requirements according to the distance information.
Easy: Hiking mainly along forest roads or good paths
